Besides tomorrow’s V2_ Test_Lab event, there’s also a conference organized around the topic of data-visualisation. Unfortunately, there’s not much of a specific event program available. Still, the international line-up of speakers looks promising. I also look very much forward to see the research projects (collaborations between the UvA and HKU students) that were initiated and developed in Yuri Engelhardt’s Information Visualisation course. Hopefully, the discussions will shine some new theoretical light on the implications or opportunities of the information society.
